New Judiciary Requires more Judges!

After confirming Publius Crabgrass on his appointment as Chair of the Judiciary Commission, and Ashcroft Burnham as Judge, Publius kindly asks more citizens to apply as Judges, since there is some need to have more than one Judge, for the following reasons:
 
(1) a judge may have a conflict of interest and have to recuse himself/herself from hearing a case;
(2) we may want to allow parties to cases to challenge a judge (either peremptorily --- without having a reason -- or for cause);
(3) we should have a proper election of a Chief Judge rather than having one appoint himself for life; and
(4) the more judges we have, the lighter the load for all.
