Aliasi Stonebender Elected As New Chancellor of Neufreistadt

We are happy to announce that Aliasi Stonebender was elected as Chancellor of the newly-formed Executive Branch, created under Amendment 11 of the Constitution on 26 August 2006.

The Chancellor of Neufreistadt will have the major role of enforcing and overseeing the enforcement of all legislation passed by the Representative Assembly, as well as overseeing land usage and administrate and manage the public facilities. This role will be an executive one, subject to the Representative Assembly's checking and validation. It will fill in a void in the City's constitutional provisions, which did not clearly delegate executive powers to any branch, once a bill was made into law.
