Seminars on Democratic Peace

Rudy Ruml, aka. Prof. Emeritus R. J. Rummel, a professor in political science and also one of our citizens, is now using his place at the Das Joy Phim Haus at the NW corner of Neufreistadt to hold his seminars on the Democratic Peace Theory in Neufreistadt.
